- 3 parking spaces are reserved in front of the house (there is no parking space in the inner courtyard, except for bicycles, motorbikes or possible trailers)
- 1 large freezer, 1 washing machine, 1 dryer, 1 iron, 1 ironing board and 2 hoovers are at your disposal.
- Pets are not allowed, unless requested in advance.
